I'm washing outside windows , will vinegar harm bedding plants and flowers?

Using a solution of 16 oz half being vinegar and then water will this harm or kill plants or flowers if it is spilled onto them?

Reply:YES!!! I made the mistake of doing this and all the plants under and around my windows have severe damage. A lot of them died because they absorbed the vinegar through the root system. I wouldn%26#039;t do it.flower
